Post GGC Update


Hello all!

We recently participated with this project at the Gotland Game Conference 2022 and we wanted to thank everybody who took the time to play it. We had previously worked on this project as a part of our second year of Game Design at Uppsala University, and since we didn't get a chance to participate in GGC in person the first and second years due to a certain pandemic, we wanted to brush the project up and implementing some of the original ideas we couldn't implement for the previous years as well as some new things for this year's conference.

While being a large team, most of us were working on our theses, and so a lot of playtesting took place at the conference itself. We saw a lot of bugs we didn't know about previously and received a ton of feedback from professionals in the industry as well as alumni and other guests. We will take the time to fix and upload bug fixes to this build we've decided to call "Set in Stone 0.0.1". The next update would then be named "Set in Stone 0.0.2". We decided on this naming scheme with the thought that "0.1" would be alpha, "0.2" would be beta and "1.0" would be the full release. Since we are in the earliest stages of development, we're going with "0.0.x" for now.

We also sent some business cards with another member of our team to Närcon 2022. We found, to our surprise, that the 30 cards we printed weren't enough and that they got taken pretty quickly! So if any of you who have found your way to this page is coming from Närcon, welcome! We will have some freshly baked bug fixes for you soon!
